WorkOS authentication uses secure, HttpOnly cookies. __Host-er_session keeps the signed-in session, normally for up to seven days; __Host-er_auth supports the sign-in transaction. The browser cannot read these HttpOnly cookies. The authentication provider may set its own necessary cookies on its domain.
entityreach_chat identifies a visitor browser for abuse prevention and the free allowance; its cookie lifetime is up to one year. Server quota windows remain monthly. Browser session storage holds a short research handoff to the explorer and ends with the browser session. Other workspace preferences may be kept locally. Clearing storage can remove unsaved work but does not cancel a paid subscription.
If you opt in below, we count page views and key navigation actions and collect coarse page-performance measurements. We exclude private workspace pages, search text, URL query strings, account names, contact details and persistent visitor identifiers. The server stores daily totals, not a browsing profile. The choice itself is saved on this browser. Do Not Track is respected. You can change your choice at any time.
Stripe Checkout, WorkOS sign-in and external documentation have their own cookie and privacy settings. Visit their notices when using those services.
