Optional measurement is off until you enable it. Google Analytics is limited to public pages and does not receive research questions, URL query strings or private workspace activity.
With your permission, HubSpot uses cookies to connect public page visits to your signup or enquiry and show the first page you visited. This is separate from Google Analytics and performance measurement. Turning it off does not prevent you from signing up or contacting us.

WorkOS authentication uses secure, HttpOnly cookies. __Host-er_session keeps the signed-in session, normally for up to seven days; __Host-er_auth supports the sign-in transaction. The browser cannot read these HttpOnly cookies. The authentication provider may set its own necessary cookies on its domain.
entityreach_chat identifies a visitor browser for abuse prevention and the free allowance; its cookie lifetime is up to one year. Free and paid research allowances reset on the first of each month at 00:00 UTC. Browser session storage holds a short research handoff to the explorer and ends with the browser session. Other workspace preferences may be kept locally. Clearing storage can remove unsaved work but does not cancel a paid subscription.
If you opt in below, our first-party service counts page views, key navigation actions and coarse page-performance measurements, while Google Analytics 4 measures visits to public pages. Google Analytics may set _ga cookies and receive the public page path and title, traffic source, browser or device information and an approximate region. We exclude private workspace pages, research text, URL query strings, account and company names, and contact details. Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. Our server stores daily aggregate totals rather than a browsing profile. The choice is saved on this browser, Do Not Track is respected, and you can withdraw permission at any time.
A separate, off-by-default choice below enables HubSpot cookies and public-page measurements. After you sign up or submit an enquiry, HubSpot can associate consented page views with your email and populate its First Page Seen analytics. A consented first landing page is kept in browser session storage as entityreach_first_page without a query string. A coarse first acquisition source, such as ChatGPT, search or no reported referral, is kept alongside it and attached to a submitted signup or enquiry. The raw referrer, its path and query are not stored in that source field; this is reported attribution, not verification that an AI cited the site. Only the standard utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term campaign fields may be sent with a public tracking path; all other query values and fragments are excluded. Do Not Track is respected. Disabling this choice stops subsequent tracking and requests removal of HubSpot tracking cookies. The source attached to your submitted business request is retained with that request.
Stripe Checkout, WorkOS sign-in and external documentation have their own cookie and privacy settings. Visit their notices when using those services.
