A few practical questions.

How do I add a company?

Use a company name, website, registration number or VAT number. Registration and VAT inputs need a country. Name and website matches ask you to confirm the legal entity before group discovery and monitoring begin.

What does the workflow return?

The available corporate group, related-company identities and relationships, observed changes and monitoring coverage. It does not score companies against a product or service.

Will new subsidiaries be monitored automatically?

With automatic enrolment enabled, newly observed group members enter monitoring within your selected scope and limits. Confirmed, pending and failed watches remain visible. A new observation does not by itself prove a recent incorporation or acquisition.

Which changes can I monitor?

Start with group structure and company status. Advanced options include financial report filings, employee numbers, shareholders, officers, addresses and other supported fields. Coverage varies by company and country.

Do I need an integration to get started?

You can manage workflows in the EntityReach dashboard. Your developers can submit companies and retrieve results through the API, receive signed webhook notifications, or use the same workflows from a compatible MCP client.

How do I control scope and alert timing?

Set a monitoring-company limit and choose daily or weekly reconciliation. Signed updates can trigger earlier checks when connected. Delivery is not guaranteed in real time. Company matching, group lookups, API requests and monitoring use your workspace allowances.

Which plans support ongoing workflows?

Ongoing workflows require Business, Scale or Enterprise with API access and configured group and monitoring allowances. MCP also requires workspace activation. Review your plan or talk to us about the scope you need.
