01

Sign-in information.

The site receives the signed-in user’s identifier and email, and an optional display name. The identifier associates saved work with the correct account.

02

AI chat and monthly limits.

Free homepage AI research allows three submitted messages per calendar month, including follow-ups, resetting on the first of each month at 00:00 UTC. Usage is tracked by signed-in account or, for visitors, a hashed network identifier with a browser cookie fallback. Questions and recent conversation context are sent to the research provider to generate replies. Conversations remain in the current page unless you explicitly carry a reply into the explorer and save it as part of your company notes. Requests that cannot start are not charged; interrupted research can count.

03

Search and saved work.

Company search terms are sent to our data provider for lookup. Retrieved group snapshots, review labels, account notes, owner labels and next actions are stored to support your workspace. Avoid entering sensitive personal information into account notes.

04

Briefs and contact requests.

When you create a brief, a snapshot of your saved group and notes is stored behind its unique link and the site’s access controls. Contact requests store the name, email and message you submit, marked as originating from EntityReach.

05

Questions and removal requests.

Use the contact page to request applicable privacy documentation or assistance removing stored account information. A self-service account-deletion workflow is not included in this release.

06

Research drafts and enquiry protection.

Choosing to continue an AI reply in the explorer keeps a temporary research draft in this browser tab using session storage. It is removed when attached or discarded; a draft older than one hour is rejected when the explorer loads. Attaching it stages company notes; saving the plan stores them with your account. Enquiries can be submitted without application sign-in. A day-specific hash of account or network information limits submissions, and the name, email and message are recorded in the private team inbox. No email notification is currently sent by the enquiry endpoint.
