Discuss security requirementsSaved groups, labels, account-owner notes and next actions are stored with your user identity. The application checks that identity when loading or changing saved work. Account-owner names are planning labels; entering a colleague’s name does not grant access.
An account brief is a fixed snapshot with a unique link. It includes saved notes and the account-owner field, so review its contents before sharing. The site’s access restrictions still apply. You can revoke a newly created brief from the sharing dialog.
Search inputs and selected company IDs are sent from the server to our data provider to retrieve company information. The data-service key remains on the server and is not exposed to the browser.
