ACCESS & SAVED WORK

Know who can see your account research.

Saved groups, account notes and briefs have different access rules. Understand those rules before bringing customer context into your research.

Save an account planAssociated with your signed-in account

The server checks your user identity when reading or changing saved work.

Enter an account ownerA planning label, not an invitation

Naming a colleague in the owner field does not grant them access to your workspace.

Create a brief linkA snapshot you choose to share

The link contains the saved brief, including notes. Site access restrictions still apply; review the contents before sharing.

Discuss enterprise requirements directly. This page describes product behavior, not an assurance that every security standard is already supported.
01

Your saved workspace is private to your account.

Saved groups, labels, account-owner notes and next actions are stored with your user identity. The application checks that identity when loading or changing saved work. Account-owner names are planning labels; entering a colleague’s name does not grant access.

02

Sharing is an explicit action.

An account brief is a fixed snapshot with a unique link. It includes saved notes and the account-owner field, so review its contents before sharing. The site’s access restrictions still apply. You can revoke a newly created brief from the sharing dialog.

03

Company searches go to our data provider.

Search inputs and selected company IDs are sent from the server to our data provider to retrieve company information. The data-service key remains on the server and is not exposed to the browser.

04

Enterprise requirements need a specific review.

Contact us to discuss your required access model, retention terms, contractual security documentation and any integration requirements. EntityReach does not claim that every requirement is already supported.
